RULES & TERMS

1. In order to submit a film, you must own the rights or have permission from the owner.

2. The Festival relationship will exclusively be related to the film submitter.

3. Films that are not in English are required to have English subtitles.

4. The applicants (submitters) must accept LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL FILM AWARDS Rules and Terms.  

5. Not all the submissions are selected for the Official Competition. Our Judges are free to make their own choices and no answers will be given about not selected films.

6. Films must be non-watermarked.

7. All submissions for LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL FILM AWARDS are to be paid through the FilmFreeway platform. The submission fee is non-refundable.

8. Students must present a valid Student ID in order to receive our student discount.

9. Submitting your movie, you authorize LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL FILM

AWARDS to use, distribute and share the film poster, trailer, synopsis and movie stills in our social media.

10. Winning categories vary every month depending on the submissions we receive.
