REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Screening Passes & Tickets

We regret that we cannot exchange, refund, or transfer passes or tickets unless the event in question has been cancelled or rescheduled.

  • Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, customers are entitled to a 100% refund. All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, customers are entitled to an exchange for a new ticket valid for the new date or venue, or a full refund.

  • Lost or Damaged Tickets: We are unable to refund any tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.

  • No Show: If you purchase tickets but fail to attend, a refund cannot be processed.

Film Submissions

If you wish to withdraw your film from the LAIFA (Los Angeles International Film Awards), we offer a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please include your Order Reference Number as proof of purchase. Contact us at submissions@laifa.com with your withdrawal request.

If the request is made after 30 days from the purchase date, or if you purchase an entry but fail to submit your work, a refund cannot be processed.
